Those figures describe a setting in which a self-sustaining, culturally… rooted evangelical church movement is limited in relation to the size of the population. For Gospel engagement, language and trust matter. Ministry among the Madiga (Hindu traditions) should communicate clearly in Telugu and respect the social, family, and religious realities of a predominantly Hindu community. Even so, the published data point to a substantial Gospel-access challenge among the Madiga (Hindu traditions) in India and make this people group a significant prayer and missions focus within South Asia.
