One of my favorite synonyms for strategy is choice. It’s about deciding what you will do, what you won’t do, and when you’ll do it. Strategy isn’t just a long-term vision—it unfolds across different time horizons, whether one, three, or five years.

But strategy isn’t just about planning; it’s about action. Breaking it down into focused sprints—like 90-day cycles—keeps everyone aligned and moving forward with clarity.

Our First Quarter 2025 Priorities

Transparency is one of our core principles, so here’s what we’re tackling in Q1 2025:

  • Finalizing wireframes for our Minimally Viable Product (MVP)
  • Building design templates within those wireframes
  • Completing the MVP of our Progressive Web App (PWA)
  • Enlisting beta test church partners
  • Refining and expanding our content partnerships
  • Beginning internal testing of the PWA
  • Developing communication resources to support our beta test churches

Where This is Headed

All of this is building toward something big: a test launch of our 30-Day Global Adventure mobile experience starting June 1, 2025. We’re aiming for 3-5 churches and 200+ users.
