Who receives your gift. Donations made through the Services are made to Hold the Rope Foundation (“HTRF”), a nonprofit organization..

As required to preserve the tax-deductibility of your gift, HTRF retains full discretion and control over all donated funds, and designations are treated as donor preferences.
Inactive or overfunded projects. We remove missionaries and projects that are no longer active. If a designated missionary or project becomes inactive, or a project receives more than it needs, HTRF will work with the partner organization to direct the funds to a similar ministry or project consistent with your original intent.
Fees. HTRF retains a 10% platform fee on each donation to support the operation of Hold the Rope. Stripe also charges payment processing fees on each transaction. Your tax receipt will reflect the full amount of your gift.
Payment processing. Donations are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. HTRF does not store full card or bank account numbers. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
No refunds. All donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or without your authorization, contact us at support@holdtherope.com within 30 days so we can review it.
Tax receipts. HTRF will send you a receipt for each donation. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors outside the United States should consult a tax advisor, since deductibility depends on local law. HTRF does not provide tax advice.
